Photoville International (PVI), a group of photographers from all over the world, will showcase a one-night only exhibit to raise funds for Jaslyn Marvel, a baby who was born with a rare disease called “Biliary Atresia.” Fondly called by her loving parents as Baby Marvel, baby Jaslyn needs a liver transplant soonest possible time.
Apart from the difficult task of looking for a kind-hearted liver donor, the family also has to raise at least PHP 4 Million (US$77,000.00) to cover the expenses for the needed operation.
To be able pitch in a little, PVI set an exhibit for a cause, whereby the proceeds will be turned over to Baby Marvel’s parents, who happens to be a member of PVI as well.
Photoville encourages every PVI member to join in this noble cause and help raise money and awareness to this disease, which afflicted Baby Marvel.
The exhibit will be held on September 29, 2018 at the La Verdad Christian College Auditorium, Caloocan City.

Meanwhile, friends of Baby Marvel’s parents already set up a GoGetFunding.com page to help raise funds for the baby’s operations. As of this writing, the funds raised in this page only stands at PHP 14,000+.
