Yes, you will still need to apply for visa before you could visit New Zealand, but the country just made the absolute best move by making the visa application fee almost non-existent! Why?! Because it’s free!
The official New Zealand website said that Filipino tourists or visitors who intend to stay in the country for fewer than 60 days no longer need to pay the application fee!
Yay or Nay? It’s definitely a Yay!
Previously, New Zealand charges USD134.00 or Php 6,730 for visa application alone!
But Filipinos who want to stay more than 60 days will have to pay the full amount, however.
Service fees are charged when you apply for the visa through the VFS Global, the company that processes visas for New Zealand.
The handling fee for VFS for the Visa Application Center (VAC) is currently set at Php 760 per application.
